Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://maproom.nimet.gov.ng/SOURCES/.Features/.Political/.Africa/.Districts/dist_na/1+index/.country_na/country_na/dods')
